I was initially inspired to make side tables by seeing a large dining table made entirely from clay, complete with chairs. How did they fire it, how did they glaze it, and how did they move it? While total commitment to the medium seemed a bit over the top, I do think smaller furniture is a perfect fit for ceramics. Working with woodworkers has allowed me to expand my vision and juxtapose the two materials.

Vessels have always been integral to our business, they function but can also lay peacefully on a table or in the nook of a bookshelf.
